We have duplicate control number checking turned on in the ISA inbound envelope for several trading partners. Recently, we have started to receive failure messages on the files coming from one partner saying that the ISA is a duplicate interchange. We have checked many times and the files aren't duplicates. However, I think the control numbers might be bumping into numbers that were used in the past. I'm guessing there is some sort of table that contains the ISA control numbers previously used and it is checked when a file is processed. Does anyone know how to find this table (or whatever contains this information)? Is it possible to delete entries from the table? I looked in 'Control Number History' under Document Envelopes, but the search doesn't return any information. Thank you for your assistance. This issue has been going on for a couple weeks and we haven't been able to find a solution yet. -- Linda
